My maternal Grandmother is the person who instilled in me a love of needlework and the flower that my grandmother loved more than just about any other was the Black Eyed Susan - so this pattern was designed with her in mind. A sweet honey bee is busy pollinating a Black Eyed Susan flower in a cute planter pot. The wonderful checkered border is so fun to Stitch and you will love the Tiny Burgundy Micro-Mini buttons which add a honey-sweet finishing touch.

Corrections: There are two corrections for this design. The petals for the flower should be worked in DMC 3821 floss. The center of the flower should be worked in DMC 3371 floss. We regret the error and any inconvenience that it may have caused.
